Former Military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon on Wednesday visited Bayelsa State with his wife to commission the Commissioning Of The New Governor's Office in Yenagoa.
He was received by Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, Members of the Bayelsa State Executive Council, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State and a Council of Traditional Rulers.
